Latest instalment of our mix series is from DMC European Champion 1991 – DJ Grazzhoppa from Belgium. You might not have heard about this guy before, but you should definitely check him, especially if you’re into jazzy, original sounds of hip-hop. Also, I have to mention that he’s in a group with his wife, they go by the name Mo & Grazz! Already released a few albums and the latest “Gemini” can be previewed/purchased here! DJ Bigband is another project that Grazzhoppa runs, it’s a band which consists of 11 DJ’s and other live artists, now tell me how crazy is that? No more introduction needed.
This mix is a bit different from our others, but it’s good to have something fresh and new in our library! DMC champ brings great selection of his own production and some tunes that he had dealt with, skilled mixing and of course, lots of scratchingg! f-f-f-fffresh!

Warp records is about to release Flying Lotus‘s new EP entitled “Pattern+Grid World” on 20/21 September, and one track from the EP recently surfaced on the Soundcloud to tease us more. The track below is taken from upcoming EP which contains 7 tracks including “Camera Day“. Looks like FlyLo going back to basics or at least to more structured sound, but he definitely keeps that rusty vibe. Enjoying this track and I’m really glad that this time it’s more neat and tidy comparing to the latest album “Cosmogramma“, I guess I like the old FlyLo a bit more, even tho the last album was more than fresh!

Heyyy! Sorry for not updating this blog for quite a while, I’ve been to one of the craziest festivals in Europe – Satta Outside! Actually I came back to home yesterday and I was so tired and lazy to do something, even tho I know I had to. Well, big apologies, you know it’s summer and we all need to disconnect for a while sometimes! I’ve been attending to this festival since the second in 2008, so I see it’s growing in the right direction, even tho there always are some minuses, but just to know what organizers did to make it happen – I gotta show some love and support! Checkout this crazy post-soviet amphitheater turning into main stage in the festival (above), where DZA, Hudson Mohawke, Slugabed, Mount Kimbie, Mweslee and some others performed, also “Sventoji” stage built up right on the sand near the river was well made decision! Check out various photos here, at Facebook! Also, I got some footage from the festival’s performers that I filmed with my shitty camera, but I will post it tomorrow! Big ups to Exile, HudMo, DZA, Low Bob, Arousal, Mamiko Motto, Lapti, Zilvinas Noriusis and all the others that I met there!

After Huess released debut EP a year ago, now he’s back with a freely downloadable EP called “Broke“. My favorite is track right below, but don’t forget to peep out the whole EP, sounds interesting and unheard-of! “Broke” EP is just a prelude to a bigger release, you need to stay tuned for more jams from Huess, Inaudible Answer is about to drop it’s first-ever 12″, a four-track EP from Huess featuring Fulgeance and Kelpe remixes!
