This time we’re back with our 14th instalment entitled “78bpm Madness” by German mixtape beast, well known DJ in the beats scene – Paul Pre. The guy is crayyzie as hell, already released 25 mixtapes and now Perf10 presents the 26th! More than that, he’s also a member of these projects: VAST, ArtAtAll, Boogie Terror.

The title of the mix prompts you that’s it’s gonna be slowly, but don’t get twisted – the mixtape is made for some serious head nodin and ass shakin! Paul picks tunes very wisely, so the mixtape sounds especially smooth and flawless! It’s definitely the one that shouldn’t be missed. Enjoy!

You might remember Grillo from the Juslikemusic “Oscillations” compilation or other release and now he’s back with a fresh EP, a tribute to “Street Figher” video game entitled “I Had U Ken“.  Here’s a blurb he wrote about the release:

Angry lo fi synth lines buzz along with deep, stilted beats in I Had U Ken, Grillo’s tribute to the all american awesomeness of Street Fighter’s Ken Masters. Videogame samples and xbox live scrubs spouting profanity during online play adorn the shorter tracks, while Ken’s own in game voice is autotuned and vocoded to sing along in TaDaDa, feeling like drunken yodeling on acid. There’s also a chiptune remake of the original street fighter 2 ken theme, a nice trip down memory lane before the dark, dubby and moody Thunder Kick closes out the record with its menacing guitar riff.

Chose my few favorites letting you know what to expect in the whole EP, and there’s 8 tracks left unheard, so no considering here, just GRAB IT.

Bulgarian group Auditory Ossicles usually describes themselves as  jazz/electronic group, but they decided to switch off a bit of their regular style and made something different! Tokio Dawn Records is back with a new great release, this time it’s a compilation entitled “The Heart” featuring  Comfort Fit, Jay Scarlett, Swede:art, fLako, Robot Koch and many others. In “The Heart” you will find a great quality of future soul, I can surely say that Marc Wallowy (Tokio Dawn founder and compilator) did his job precisely! The compilation is just beautiful, definitely feeling it! ‘The Heart‘ will hit major stores on September 17th 2010, but a special pre-release edition is already available for download on the Tokio Dawn. New amazing release from the guys over Stereotree, “Beat Heroes Collection” comes back with the 6th volume by Powell!  I remember him since the second Beatnicks comp. and his tune was my favorite, so big shoutout to the man, haha!
